confirming my account number and checking my bill

This month you sent me my bill which included sky cinema and netfix which I have never orded and i want removed now it also said my phone bill this month was£84 please explain

@p+g+s Logon to your account and look at your bill is the best way for you to see what it shows!

@p+g+s  In case you're not aware this is a customer helps customer community, you are not contating Sky customer services, as such we have no access to your account or bills, however you do, have you looked at them?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
