cancle my bradband

i moved from my house on October, i contacted Sky that i do not need my bradband any more, noone responded, went to Sky branch in Plymouth, they gave me phone number which does not work, I am not in the UK now, I need to cancle my bradband, if you are not wito help please stop sending email to my previous house regarding payment, i am not gana pay for eifi which i am not using, im happy to pay just for cancellation

You aren’t contacting Sky here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.


You should have done this in plenty of time before leaving the country. It's possibly you haven't cancelled properly.

 

To cancel Sky Broadband and Sky Talk the below link explains how to do it https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-broadband

If you try to cancel whilst still in a minimum term deal you might have to pay an early termination charge (Sky will notify you if you do and how much they’ll charge).


Once you've successfully cancelled Sky will email you acknowledging the cancellation. 

Return packaging for any equipment Sky expect back will be sent out to the account address near the end of the 14 day notice period. Remember to keep any proof of posting indefinitely.
