can’t track order

I cannot seem to track my order, my broadband was supposed to arrive today and it hasn't. It's almost been over a week and we're really in need of wifi, we're spending a lot of money on data. Every time I go to track my order I submit my number and then it says I have to call sky to ask about tracking. However calling sky has been near to impossible and I've never received a response, always on hold for 30 minutes at least. Why can't I just track my order online??

@Amygoodworth if the online tool in the My Orders section of the My Sky app or website is telling you to call Sky sorry to say that is what you need to do. The lines can get busy and the bit will try to divert you to on line solutions but you need to talk to an sgrnt. Calling st less busy times which typically are early mornings, after lunch and late evenings means quesues are shorter but calls are normally answered more quickly than the estimate.
