Discussion topic: can't provide internet

can't provide internet

All lights are green on the hub. My devices connect to my hub, but there's no internet, the messge on my phone is "connected to device. Can't provide Internet". I've tried all the usual, powering off the hub, waiting for 5 minutes, powering up. I'm trying to find a way to report the problem to sky?
