Hello,
We have recently moved and just started sky WIFI but it wont connect to the ring doorbell. Even though all the devices are connected to the WIFI it says unable to connect, is the privacy settings?

Find out more@Eva333 connecting doorbells can be difficult as they are usually attached to a double skinned brick wall which is just about the worst place for WiFi signals. If it is an older model doorbell you may have to connect it to the 2.4GHz band but recent models will connect to dualband WiFi. What colour hub have Sky provided?
