can't access 192.168.0.1
I want to change my wifi password so I am trying to access 192.168.0.1
If I try and connect to this on my laptop I get 'the page is down'
If I go through my app I get '401 unauthorised'
Any thoughts?
Thanks

Re: can't access 192.168.0.1
Hi all, I am new to sky and had proble s from day 1
I thought it was the tv package but now starting to think its the router setting.
Why I hear you ask.
When I first got the router I was getting my network speed of 50mbps.
This then dropped to 10
Called sky , they sent e engineer out saying g it was an external issue.
Engineer did something it went up to 50mps.
Less than an hour later speed was 10mbps.
Called Sky again
They sent another engineer.
No fault found said something that these white routers have a throoping issue what ever that is.
Said to get new router.
SKY have sent me a new router.
On switch on it gave 50mbps but it too has gone to 10mbps.
SKY sending out engineer a third time !!
Reading the gateway articles, I thought I would try to see the settings.
But I cannot access the router setting.
The first box identity seems to have transposed themselves to the new router as everything is connected but I did not do anything .
Tried all combinations of sky ID and passwords but no luck. Have others found similar issues?
