can not make or receive calls, the internet has been dipping in and out the past few days

i can not receive calls or make them, the internet has been dipping in and out over the past few days. i do not have a mobile,i would appreciate it if some one could contact a sky engineer to check on the phone line

I have the same issue, internet keeps dropping, on for a few mins then off again. When it's 3 green lights onbthe router testingvthe line gets all green ticks, then it drops again. As I don't get a mobile signal I rely on Internet calling but this is impossible at the moment

@Oggie if the connection test in the My Sky app doesntvtell you Sky are aware of an issue affecting your line give them a call.
