Business broard band down for 2 hours now, loosing sales because card machine won't work, cant get anyone to speak to me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Having been cut off and told to call back later after over an hour in a phone queue, this is more a vent than an actual attempt at getting help. And FYI there is no equivalent forum for business users.

Sky should look here, it is business customers that make their money. i have been a domestic customer for 20 years

Seemingly not. Can't log in to our account either, just keep getting an internal server error message.
Fortunately I can create a WiFi hotspot using mobile data, so my business can still operate. Shops with older card machines or different tech set ups won't be so lucky though.
Not impressed at how (so far) impossible it's been to actually speak to Sky about this, or that their service status page says all is well, but down detector tells a very different story.
