My new broadband package was activated last week but I haven't received a new router, should it be with me by now?

What broadband package are you on ?

What is your current , sr102, er110/115 or sr203?

Are you new to sky  ?

 

What does it say in your orders on your my sky app or sky.com account?

Sky superfast can be delivered by copper fttc or fibre optic fttp

 

If fttc then the er110/115 is correct if via fttp then you need the sr203.

 

Best to call sky on 150 from your landline or sky mobile or
zero three three three seven five nine one zero one eight from any other phone

Or if in Ireland

Call sky ireland on

08.185.00.27.2
Remove all the full stops
