broadband speeds not as promised
Hello,
I have had Sky Giggafast now for 2 weeks. First two weeks were slow but i thought by now it would have got faster. Its saying 900mbps is arriving at the property but speed tests on our devices are showing maximum 120mbps. I have the Sky Max Hub and TP Link extenders in Office however its not made any difference.
Thanks

Are those devices using WiFi or ethernet cable?
120Mbs is entirely plausible for a wireless connection, even with gigabit router speed.
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2

120mbps isnt too bad, i thought however it would be nearing the 400/500mbps area. If that was the case id have saved money each month and go for a lower capped broadband deal.
