broadband signal loss intermitently
Keep intermitently losing my internet connection to my hub has been increasing in frequency lately have done all the checks and restarts seems nothing works

If the broadband tests show no issues you will need to call Sky about this.
150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot

Have contacted sky and seems to be an issue with bt line engineer coming to look
