broadband is awful

my Internet is awful already spoke to sky 3 times about my Internet always just dropping out

I've had open reach out twice saying that it is outside side fault and a new hub and still having same issue

open reach have said it is all fine no issues there end

Ill escalte this to the escalation team, look out for the chat buble and speak to them, they are great at looking into and resolving these kind of issues, has anyone chekcked anything inside and have you had a replacement router ?
