broadband interruption service issues and very unstable connection

We have been loyal customers with Sky since 2017. Over the past nine months, the service has been extremely unstable.

Currently, the internet connection is often intermittent.

It is absolutely necessary for our household as we need it to complete various tasks such as university assignments, deadlines, and online meetings. We also have a severe issue with the server due to connectivity issues that the low quality of the internet is causing when it comes to using the PS5, leading to massive frustrations and stress.

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
