broadband installed today and not working

openreach fitted fibre this morning a

white light on hub but unable to connect due to no internet

got text at 9.30 this morning to say it was now working, but still nothing

@Markandmonty43 if there is a white light on the hub it is connected to Sky. Starting with one of device like your mobile connect the wifi using the details on the hub's label.

 

Once the device shows the wifi has connected see if you can connect to a site like bbc.co.uk if you can't . then type 192.168.0.1 into a browser and then click return which should load the hub's log in screen. If that works but you can't get any external sites the issue is at Sky's end so give them a ring. 

If you cannot get the hub to respond you have a configuration problem on the device.

Hi thanks for the advice

can't connect to any sites

can't connect to the hub either reset everything hub updated when open reach engineer was here 

but still nothing even though I received a text to say it was working
