broadband delivery

I choose a paln for my broadband, and I am new for sky. It charge me 5 pounds at that day. And I did not reveive any delivery information. Is it the right way to order a broadband? 

I wounder where can I track for my order. and I am not sure that if I can get my broadband.

Also I reveive an email that shows me  my activated date. But I have not reveive any information about my broadban except this.

@Canniecan Sky will post a Sky hub to the address you gave to arrive a few days before activation. Given the Openreach engineers who do the work are staging a number of one day strikes (yesterday and Monday were the first 2) the activation date may slip. There is nothing Sky can do about thst unfortunstely.
