broadband below guaranteed speed for over a week. options?

Hi,

My internet has been well below the minimum speed guarantee for over a week. This has happened before and is usually fixed by a router restart.

In this case that has not helped.

I've tested with a PC connected directly to the router with a 2Gb cable, which is verifiably able to make use of the full gigabit down in the past.

Sky's service checker reports no issues.

What options do I have to try and resolve the issue?

FYI: I'm trying turning my router and fiber box off overnight to see if that helps

Thanks for getting in touch. Having the router and fiber box off overnight due the trick it seems.

I'll mark this as answer, let me know if those stats would still be useful
