all lights on moden ok one light green is missing and one light is flashing on open reach box

Open reach box alongside alarm is flashing and looking outside there is sealing tape on the lead.

The modem has all green lights but I am unable to get into sky I can however get ordinary TV

@JoanIles The modem light not the sky hub, if alarm is flashing that is not good! But your post is just to hard to understand what you are saying or implying! Take a look at the picture when it is cleared for you to see! LOS in the table is the Alarm Ref...Adtran ONT has the alarm led take a look when it is cleared for viewing
