activation renewal date after current contract runs out
Hey,
We have upgraded at teh end of our current contract that runs out on the 6/12/24 but the activation date for the new contract isnt until 20/12/24. does this mean we will be without internet for the 14 days inbetween?

If Sky is your current supplier then no you will not be without broadband during that period as you account will not close on 6th December but should be changed to your new package on the 20th.
