Zscaler and Sky Fibre

I've only recently upgraded to full fibre but I am having issues in my work laptop when working from home.

After lots of googling and support from work IT department I've established it's an issue with Zscaler not liking Sky Fibre (or vice versa).

what I can't establish is what the solution is but I'm hoping some kind folk on here will be able to assist?

I should've added that it's preventing me from accessing VPN, some websites and work apps.

Do you have the white sky max hub?

If so it could be map-t ipv4 address sharing which needs changed to a 1:1 sharing

Re: Zscaler and Sky Fibre

Don't suppose anyone has any idea what this issue may be?

Sky seem to think it's not their issue as I don't have the Wi-Fi max hub... although the issue only started when changing to sky fibre...

Have you switched off Sky Broadband Shield (or at least set it to 18)?

I know you don't have a Sky Max hub but can you still request to be removed from MAP-T by using the form on this post its worth seeing if this fixes the issue

Re: Zscaler and Sky Fibre

Thanks, I did exactly that a couple of days ago and also had a call with Sky. They are sending out a new hub in the hope that might resolve the issue... let's see!
