You said you came but you didn’t

You were supposed to come yesterday between 8am and 1pm , no one showed , my son waited with me because I’m housebound and elderly , he list 5 hours of work and no one showed up ! Then a text came through to say it’s been completed at about 6pm , and it’s hasn’t do you are lying ! No one has been here . It’s terrible ! I’ve been without my service for nearly a week now !

@Peter2641 you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum as they cannot match an account to a podt you need to call them. You should be compensated for a missed appointment see Customer Auto-Compensation | Sky Help | Sky.com

Whatever the work was that needed to be done, could that have been accomplished at the exchange or local green cabinet meaning an engineer knocking on your door wasn't required?
