You have disconnected my cctv

You came on Monday 2nd June to change me from copper to fibre. Now my newly installed cctv does not work after your engineer assured me it would, it needs re wiring and that is down to your engineer.

@CCTV  It is up to you to ensure it is reconnected if it's over wifi, that's not within the remiit of a broadband install or upgrade.

If it's over ethernet you will need to trouble shoot it.  It's likley all you need to do is plug the relvant cable back into the hub or reset the wifi connection on the cameras if yhey connect over wifi.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Re: You have disconnected my cctv

The engineer has put the new router in another room so now the wires for the cctv won't reach and come down through three cavity walls, the engineer assured me it would still work but impossible when he has disconnected it and moved fibre to another room because he said the fibre would snap to put it where it was originally

@CCTV Looks like you will need to sort that out yourself, powerline may be an option if speed is not critical. When the engineer suggest's what is best, if you do not agree then that is the time to stop the work.

The link below is the only 3 port one that i know off.
