You are not providing the correct WiFi speeds

The WiFi speeds are not as high as they should be this has been going on for a few days and the reason I left the last time was for the same problem and IT IS NOT IN THE HOUSE it's the line

I have checked the WiFi speeds and it has been low over the last two weeks I would like a call to see what you are going to do about this as I have said I left the last time because of this

@Enicholson No-one will call you based on you posting here, the community is mainly a customer to customer support platform, the few Sky staff here cannot assist as your community username is not linked to your account.

You will have to call Sky if you want help from them.
