@SusanB  Thats becuae you tried to cram all your message in the character limited subject field

 

When creating a post the subject field is just that you create a subject eg: Unable to open Yahoo email

 

Then you post the full issue and any steps you've taken in the body area.

 

Is your issue with Sky/Yahoo email or just yahoo?

 

How are you accessing your email?  Web browser or email client.
