Xbox can't connect to wifi

Hi,

We had a new wifi boxed delivered yesterday! we are trying to connect it to the xbox and it won't work it is asking for SSID number?

Connecting your Xbox should be the same process as any other device, search for networks, select your Sky router in the list & then enter the password. There should be no requirement to enter the SSID manually. Can you send a photo of what you see?
