Xbox Series X - Nat Type Unavailable

I recently had Sky Broadband installed in my new flat. I can access the internet fine, but the issue I am having is multiplayer matchmaking on my Xbox Series X. 

Settings > Network Settings >  Under "Current Network Status" is the following:

"IPv4 & IPv6

Nat Type: Unavailable

xbox.com/xboxone/teredo

All Services are available".

 

My Sky Router Model is SR203.

 

Any help on how to to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

What is the NAT type on the actual game you are trying to play? is this the same on all games? Do all games struggle with matchmaking?

Its an odd one. Might be worth asking Xbox support what exactly its requirements are to ensure that the NAT type isnt available.
