X (formely Twitter) not loading pictures and Videos on SKY BB

Yesterday morning I noticed videos and pictures on X would not load or play on either my phone or laptop when connected to wifi. Switched to 5G/4G on my phone and they then play fine. Switched off sky broadband shield and hasn't made any difference. Is anyone else seeing this? Thanks

@friedonion  Are pictures and videos loading everywhere else when you are using your Wi-Fi connection?

Yes fine on all other sites. Just issue with X that's all. This has happened before and it was the sky broadband shield blocking it but not this time. Have reported it to Sky anyway

@friedonion  Is this through their app? Have you tried it on a browser also?

It wasn't working on my laptop either. Just checked again now and it's working on sky BB now.

Spoke too soon. Some new tweets just loaded and not playing videos or showing pictures again.

Having same problem. Works fine with phone network but not with WiFi

I have the same issue.

Tempted to just move provider shouldn't have to turn off WIFI when i'm sat a few feet away.

I'm guessing no one knows a fix?

I have just moved and installed sky max hub which is doing exactly the same. Loads tweets no pictures. 

Turn wifi off and use 4g, twitter X works fine. Calling sky about setup today. Will post back if resolved.

N.B. can't get into hub settings either as hub won't set up properly. Though fibre was going to be wonderful.....not

@Trickydicky1000 even if you could get into the hub's settings there is nothing there that can sort this issue. Check the setting for Sky's Broadband Shield in the My Sky app as that can limit social networks if set too low by default new accounts are set to 13 IIRC. Otherwise its a routing issue between x and Sky which will get sorted.. 

If tge hubs settings dontvappear in the My Sky app after you havectried signing out, closing and re-opening the app then call Sky as they appear to have had an issue where a number of accounts were missed.

When we pay silly money for broadband it should work.
