Try changing the MAC address assigned to the Xbox, it is under settings->General->Network settings->Advanced Settings and then select Alternative MAC address. The MAC address can be entered manually in the format required for a MAC address which is a hexadecimal number 12 characters long.

Hi @Stevek59 ,

The Xbox uses IPv6 extensively, and in general it should provide gamers with a better experience so I'd be interested to hear more about the issues you were experiencing, how you determined it was an issue related to IPv6 and what steps you took to resolve it, if possible, please?

The packets are larger on IPv6 and for some games, IPv4 1500 MTU is better for latency so disabling IPv6 may be beneficial in some circumstances.
