X box chess to wifi

I have a new x box. When I try to get it to connect to my sky broadband it asks for a password but none I try work. I have used the sky broadband password and Microsoft password

Have you tried the password that is printed on your broadband hub as it should be that that is needs unless you have changed it. Make sure you enter it as it is printed so use upper cases letters if required.

Yes, I tried that. Thanks. It asks for the password for XboxSetup 5673. Whatever that is.

@Bovey1 sounds like there maybe an access pasword set on your xbox see https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/help/account-profile/signin-security/change-signin-preferences

The only password you need from the Sky hub is the WiFi password printed on the hub unless of coursexsomeone has changed it. However be careful it is quite easy to misread the label as Sky use the letters I and O and the numbers 1 and 0 which can catch people out.
