Wrong package?

Hi,

 

I have just renewed my contract with Sky (huge regret) and the confirmation email I have received is completely different to the one I signed up to on renewal?

Above is the package I selected on renewal. 

Below is what I received in my email confirmation, which is considerably different:

45.8 and 50.9 Mbps download speed
9.0 and 10.0 Mbps upload speed
 
You should expect a Guaranteed Minimum Download Speed of 41.3 Mbps.
The minimum upload speed for your broadband line is 8.1 Mpbs
The maximum upload speed for your broadband line is 10.0 Mbps
The maximum download speed for your broadband line is 51.0 Mbps
The advertised download speed for Sky Broadband Superfast is 59.0 Mbps
The advertised upload speed for Sky Broadband Superfast is 16.0 Mbps
 
Can anyone help?

@NoxLuna  before you call Sky to enquire what's going on, what speed are you actually getting?
