Wrong address after setting up broadband

While I was setting up the broadband I put in the correct address after I finished I looked at the reciept and the order address and it looks like the road address changed but post code stayed the same is there anyway to fix this?

You will need to call Sky about this.

  • How did you get this resolved, please? In same situation, but Sky are telling us we need to contact openreach to correct the address, and openreach telling us it's Sky we have to contact for correction.

Not sure why they would say this because it is Sky who should be helping you with this.
