can't get my sky q to connect to my sky router! I've tried all the network resets
etc but the wps button on my router doesn't seem to be working.

Assume you are pressing and holding the WPS button for a few seconds until it lights up. The correct button has two arrows forming a circle embossed onto it which can be difficult to see on the Sky hubs that look like Q boxes its on the front but on the later upright type its low down on the right hand edge in a groove in the casing..
If the button flashes amber while searching going green when it links tomanother device but stops after a couple of minutes if no device csnnbe found. That can happen if the two units maybe too far apart or the device is not also in search mode.
If you are confident that you have done that call Sky to report a fault.

I have got exactly the same problem and tried everything to sort it out, HELP!!!!!!!!

This problem has only happened tonight watching Netflix and now I cant access even subtitles.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Tiger96 if Netflix is streaming at all then you device is connected to the internet. The absence of sutitles will not be connected with your Sky broadband its an issue with the feed from Netflix.
