Work laptop not working all of a sudden

Overnight a couple of weeks ago when I logged into my work laptop everything stopped working. As soon as I use mobile hotspot or another wifi it's fine so I don't think it's the laptop.

my IT team mentioned something about sky possibly whitelisting my IP address/ certain IP address'. I called sky and they did not know what I was talking about.

has anyone got any suggestions as to what I can do? Or what to call sky with an ask for. We have had a new router and an engineer out and every other device is fine.

I have the new white hub. We even got a new router the other day and same issues

It could be related to Sky using MAP-T for their public IP addressing. 

If you enable 'UPnP' in the My Sky app under your router settings you should be moved to a 1:1 IP mapping instead.

 

Can you try that and see if it solves your issue?
