Hi
My partner and I both work from home. He works for a council and I work for a private company. We joined Sky in mid-July and in the beginning, everything worked fine. For the last two weeks or so, my partner has been unable to log in to remote access on his work laptop. The broadband connects fine on all our devices (2 laptops, 2 phones, playstation and fire stick) and I have no issues to log in to my company's VPN. His IT department claims Sky is blocking his work IP addresses.
We have called Sky 3 times. So far we have tried:
Turning the router off for 30 mins
Pressing the reset button for 30 seconds
Disable the shield -this worked temporarily, until he had to restart his laptop. Then it stopped working.
Adding the VPN address in custom settings as approved website.
We are not sure what to do now. He has to hotspot from his phone, which is not ideal, but a temporary fix.
Any ideas?
Many thanks!

Issues with the Max Hub and business VPNs are typically related to Sky use of MAP-T, so I'll escalate your post.

Hi. I am having the same problem. I work for a government department. They say it is a Sky issue and when I have contacted Sky they say it is a work issue. So I am very frustrated with no one able to help me. Is there anything you can do? @Lisa-P1987

I have found a solution, it was an issue with the VPN which has been solved.
Kind regards
