Work Laptop issue between zscaler and Sky black hub

Hi, 

Currently having issues with my work laptop not being able to consistently connect to home wifi. 

Service status indicates "Network Error" 

Have spoken with work IT and zscaler to rule out any internal issues. 
Having read through other posts on here, I can't see a solution for the Sky black hub. 

Is there a known fix?
