Wont let me upgrade broadband

Does anyone know why it wont let me upgrade to superfast from essential broadband. I can get the the part where u press which one u would like 

(photo below as shown?

 but when i get to the next page it dosnt load stays as a blank page

Always best for existing customers to call sky for upgrades

Call them on 150 from you landline or
zero three three three seven five nine one zero one eight from any other phone

Or if in Ireland

Call sky ireland on

Remove all the full stops

I can do it by the app but wont allow me or online. 
i dont have a landline and have no calls left

The upgrade function is a bit wishy-washy online. You'd need to call as @cookiemonsteruk has mentioned. If you have not calls left, you may need to wait for a later date before upgrading.
