Won't stay connected to laptop

I had a new router last week and I cannot stay connected on my laptop, the new router shows the name and password for the old router on connected devices so I have to put in the old details

Hi @Iwanacheckmymail 

If you have replaced your router the SSID should have changed. Do you have any boosters that havent been reset or powerline adapters with hotspot functionality or Sky Q?
