Won't let me post telephone numbers that may help you !!

I was trying to paste telphone numbers for all the people I've spoken with for the following but it won't let me post them !!!!!!!

 

Been trying to have sky fibre fitted. So far had 2 appointments - 1st one came & couldn't complete due to technical isses. Made new appointment - no one turned up & when I phones they mumbeled something about an accident & mad another appointment. No one turned up for the 3rd appointment so now just waiting for a phone cvall to re arrange yet again.   Been on the phone for nearly 1 1/2 hours - various numbers, chats etc,, trying to find someone to help - eventually found a nice lady in the TECHNICAL CUSTOMER SERVICES dept who helped.    

She gave me helpful elephone numbers so I thought i'd post them on here as trying to speak to a human at SKY is almost an impossibility but it won't let me post them in this discussion. !!!!!!!!!!!

She also told me I get £25 credit for every missed appointment!

@lyd1966  You can't post any telephone numbers within the community as this is intended to stop Spam numbers also being posted.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

these are contact numbers for SKY that help people speak to a human when they have a problem. Don't understand why SKY don't want their customers to speak to them when Chat can't help .........

What are they afraid of?

@lyd1966  if the numbers have been sourced from the web then they could be premium rate numbers costing significant sums which is another reason why numbers are banned

These are the current methods for contacting Sky. Some methods will be more appropriate than others depending on the reason for contact……

🟧 📞 Customer Services by dialling 150 (free) from either a Sky mobile or your Sky Talk landline if you have Sky Broadband. The forum doesn’t allow the display of other numbers but official numbers to Sky from the UK are 03 numbers which are usually inclusive from non Sky phones.

All calls will start automated (aka ‘the bot’) which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and sometimes saying nothing when asked the reason for the call helps being put in the queue for an agent.

If necessary a number may be visible at the end of the correct help flow. 

🟧Sky Assistant 💬 should also be available via
https://www.sky.com/help
for most service issues and gives you 24/7 help and a quick response. It should provide you with multiple choice options based on your problem and will provide troubleshooting steps to fix any service issues.

🟧Social Media You can also get in touch via the messaging services on: Facebook or Instagram (links at the bottom of the forum page).

🟩Note ~ ROI customers If you’re in the ROI make sure the flag in the bottom right of the link is showing the correct flag and change if required. The Sky Ireland phone lines are closed at a weekend.

@lyd1966 the numbers at the end of each help flow route calls tomthe correct team reducing the need to talk to Sky's bot.

@lyd1966 Think off it this way, you publish a number, it turns out someone grabs it turns it into a Premium, the customer get's charged £20 for a connection, then £1.50 per minute call charge, they never find out until 30 day's later when the get a bill for couple hundred pounds, and someone has to pay it, guess who the customer! So NO numbers by far is the best policy ever!
