Wiz lightbulbs 2.4ghz, how do I split to have 2 wifi connections
Hi please can someone help.. I previously had sky and then then went to Virgin and now been recently connected to sky. My wiz lightbulbs need a 2.4ghz ext to connect them. When I go into WiFi connections it used to have 2 connections from my box. Now this new one is just one. I have tried it switching 5ghz and that's not working. Sky won't tell me how to split them on my router although it can be done. Can anyone help me??

@Johoff Two links for you as a just in case you need them both! And NO splitting with that Sky Max Hub so be extra careful...

Re: Wiz lightbulbs 2.4ghz, how do I split to have 2 wifi connections
@Johoff You cannot split the bands on the white Sky Max hub, you can TEMP switch off the 5Ghz band, connect all your wiz stuff, once it is all connected turn back on the 5Ghz again, the wiz hopefully all stays connected and off you go!
It's all in the link from the Tips, 2nd link on the post!

I have tried that and it didn't work.. I have even tried it with a TP extender and that didn't work.. so frustrating.. could I buy a new duel router and plug the sky in the back? Would that work?

I am not tech savvy at all.. I just need a 2.4ghz on my wifi as a separate wifi to connect my lights.. and it's proving hard work
