No internet connection at home, when checking through sky application it said internet speed for upload and download is good but there is a problem with the sky device. Wireless light is turned off and no internet connection at all
i tried all steps mentioned on help section ( restarting, removing cables Nd returning them) but nothig works.
No devices no TV nothing even security cameras
this is so frustrating SKY

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Dareen+s press and hold in the reset pin on the hub until the power light flashes that resets the hub to its default settings which has both WIFi bands enabled. Hopefully that brings the wifi back to life if it doesn't then call Sky to get the unit replaced.
