Wireless Drops

Since last week, my wireless drops around 5-10 times a day.

The Middle green light goes off and then within 30 seconds will flash amber and then come back on.

It tends to happen in the late morning and the late evening the most.

It's very frustrating for someone who works from home.

Help please.

@BillyA98That is not your Wi-Fi that is going off, this is your internet that is going off.

 

Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
