Wire sent but doesn't fit

You have sent a while out to connect to my sky but it doest fit anywerer so I'm not sure what in meant to do with it.

You are only talking to other customers here so can explaon what you are trying to connect, your Sky hub to your Sky Q box perhaps ?

@Sargeant if you have ordered an upgrade to full fibre Sky send out a "coversion kit" which is basically an ethernet cable. If that applies the cable will be used by the engineer when they fit your new fibre line to link the new ONT unit they supply to your existing Sky hub.
