Windows 10 PC, did connect an hour ago, now wont - sees Hub wont connect, other devices are connect

Hi All,

Have a windows 10 PC, using USB2.0 wifi connection. Had broadband outage, now wont connect to Wifi. Sees the Hub, asks for password, then says - no internet. Same PC will connect and use IPhone hotspot through adapter. 

Rebooted PC, Rebooted Wifi

No Change

Any ideas?
