Will power be disconnected for installation

Have an install for broadband amd Tv taking place tomorrow. Will the power need to be disconnected during install. Also currently have Virgin wifi still live will we be able to continue using while install takes place? Thanks

Virgin wifi still live will we be able to continue using while install takes place?

 

That is the advised process for moving from virgin to sky .contact virgin seperately allowing overlap of a week.

 

The power will not be cut but sky activation itself may take up to midnight
