Will I be without any wifi while waiting for Full fibre install?

I have Sky Gigafast activation date  but full Fibre not coming for another 5 weeks. Will I be without any internet for 5 weeks while waiting for fibre install even though I have an activation date? I've cancelled my old broadband provider

Unfortunately, yes, unless you make other arrangements.  There's no mechanism by which Sky can provide an interim connection over copper until optical infrastructure arrives.
