Wifi

We recently moved house & had to have our broadband downgraded as super fast isn't available where we now live.

a new line etc has been fitted by open reach but I cannot get wifi in one of the bedrooms, it just will not connect despite showing our broadband with a very weak signal. 
Any ideas on how to resolve this?

@Caggiehengram if you have bought Sky's addon Boost bundle they will send out a booster or you could buy one yourself. However if the room is fair way from the hub buying a powerline adapter kit with a built-in wifi access point msybeca better idea. Sky hubs struggle to provide complete wifi coverage in many homes especially if they havecsolid walls.
