Wifi wont connect to phones

since i got sky in april the wifi wont connect to anyones phone, even when im 2 meters from the box. Ive tryed all the tips and nothing works. I also have the fastest package but my tv says the conection is poor. However it conects to my work laptop fine. What can i do to solve this.

Do you get any error messages on the phones? What happens when you try to connect?

No there is no way errors. The internet just kicks out the phones off the internet.
