Wifi very slow or drops out

Hi for the last 2 months since just before Christmas the wifi has been dropping out or timing out due to slow speeds. Do I need a booster pack? I was told having the multiscreen i wouldn't need one but wherever I work in the house my calls on Teams or just playing games on PS5 are all impacted. Teams calls are usually in the kitchen where the multiscreen mini box is and PS5 is upstairs Need some help please
