@Pa1962 you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum. Sky guarantee the speed to your hub which is easily checked by using the service checker in the My Sky app.

 

Assuming that is OK slow speeds are probably down to poor wifi in your home which isn't something Sky or for tgst matter guarantee in the same way as it depends on the layout and type of construction of your home. If you decidecto useca domestic connection to allow you to work from home you msy need to improve your home network as a single Sky hub cannot privide usable WiFi speeds in every room of msny homes especially if the property has more than 2 floors or is an older property with solid internal walls.

 

Sky sell an add-on called WiFi Max which can get you up to 3 extenders should your property need them to get the 25Mb/s gurantee in every room. Alternatively you can buy and use a home wifi set up or your own.
