The speed of the WiFi in my house is terrible. The router and the TV are no more than 4 metres away but when I do a speed test from the tv, it comes back with 44-45 Mbps. This is no good to me as your charging me for upwards of 65Mbps and you can't tell me that 4 metres is too far away to be getting the correct speed I'm paying for. Something needs done about this because I'm paying for a product I'm not getting.

65Mbs at the Hub could very easily be 40Mbs on a wireless device in the same room: that's the nature of WiFi. The only way to guarantee delivery of Hub speed to client devices is to use ethernet cable.
