Wifi speed check always says good but can’t wifi in parts of my house and drops out

I have issues with wifi connectivity in parts of my house. I have TP link and it sometimes is fine but then wifi in other parts of the house drops out!

I have black router and looked at upgrade to mesh. It says £4 extra in the app but when I phoned I was told I would have to recontract at a higher rate and then the Mesh would be added. Seems unfair to me . Has anyone else had this issue? How did you resolve it please.

@Wendy21 If you are not prepared to pay the extra subscription you need to look at doing your own equipment purchase and making it all work. So work out the extra that you would be paying and look to see what you can get! Take a look at the Asus XD5 3 unit as a price break idea!
